ILST Training for Scouts BSA

ILST- Helping Scouts to help themselves and their unit. The Scout will learn about their leadership positions and roles-- how to be successful and have a better understanding of what responsibility is... and isn't. This is an activity based program as well as short discussions on organization and commitment to others. This is a mandatory precursor to attending National Youth Leadership Training (NYLT)
